At Flour's Arising, everything is baked with care and love. We want you to be delighted with your order, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

 

1. Perishable Products​

Because our breads, pastries, and baked goods are made fresh and have a short shelf life, we cannot accept returns once items have left our bakery or been delivered.

 

2. Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund, credit, or replacement if:

 

  • Your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • There was a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item baked).

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

 

3. How to Request a Refund​

To request a refund or replacement, email us at [Your Email] with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before pickup or delivery for a full refund. After that time, we’ve likely already started baking your order, so refunds may not be available.

5. Special Orders & Custom Items​

Custom cakes, large catering orders, and special-event items may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins, but we’ll do our best to accommodate changes if notified early.
